Cream Puffs and Eclairs
Cream puffs are a delicate pate a choux pastry filled with lightly sweetened whipped cream and dusted with confectioner’s sugar. Chocolate eclairs are filled with Gwendy’s special Bavarian cream filling and frosted with chocolate ganache.
THURSDAY
Pretzels
Flavors: Salted, Everything, Parmesan Garlic, Cinnamon Sugar. Try our twist on Pretzel Thursdays.
SATURDAY
Sticky Buns
Sticky buns hot out of the oven. Delicious sweet rolls with a cinnamon brown sugar filling with a delicious baked on caramel coating. You can have them any way you want them… simply cinnamon, pecan, or pecans and raisins.
WEDNESDAY
Cake by the Slice
Each week Gwendy will prepare one of her made from scratch, delicious, specialty cakes. Stop in and have a slice!
